We will refund delivery costs if the goods are faulty but for all other returns we cannot refund delivery costs, if paid. Before returning the item to us you will need to email us a few pictures. Please give us 7 working days to contact the supplier to arrange a replacement to be sent to you. This can at times take up to 14 days.
