This is because the item or total order shipment weight is above standard shipping limits, or the item is too fragile to be sent ground. If you require liftgate service or would prefer picking your shipment up at the carrier\'s closest location in leu of delivery, please reach out to us so that we can help make the delivery / pick up as easy as possible for you.

Here\'s what you need to know about international shipping:

We ONLY use Standard international shipping. This is to reduce monetary liability for the buyer and ourselves.

We cannot provide a customs invoice. This is included with \'s Standard international shipping option.

We will not alter an invoice to show an amount other than the actual order value.

Did you receive the incorrect part, or was it damaged during shipping? It\'s our responsibility to try to rectify the situation. Please do send us a message before initiating a return. Sometimes it\'s more cost efficient to send the correct item out without returning the incorrect one.

If an item is delayed in shipping, or lost, or held in customs during international shipping, feel free to make us aware of what\'s going on and we\'ll try our best to help if we can.
