If you receive an item from our store that for any reason you are unhappy with, you can simply return it to us within 30 days, in the condition that you received it and we will be happy to exchange or refund.
All items sent back for exchange or refund must be returned in the original condition with all tags attached (unless faulty). Any packaged goods must be returned with the packaging in its original condition or it may not be accepted for (unless faulty).
If you are wanting to exchange a product due to size, colour, or satisfaction reasons, Back Field Gear will be happy to assist you. A flat rate $10 return freight charge applies to all exchanges to cover the cost of returning the exchanged goods to you
