Whenreceiving your package, please open all of the boxes immediately tocheck if all the contents are inside and not damaged. Alldamaged or defective items must be reported within 2 business daysfrom the day the packaged is delivered. If the package appears to bedamaged on the outside, please refuse to accept it from the carrier;or please make sure when signing the shipper's proof-of-deliveryslip, you include a note stating that the package is or appearsdamaged. If you do accept a damaged shipment, please inform usimmediately. Depending on the product and where/how it was shipped,it may be necessary for you to deal with the carrier.
Ifthe product received is defective, a replacement will be sent as soonas possible. If you decide to return the defective item, rather thanreplace it, a restocking fee will be assessed (15-50% depending onthe item) and your original shipping and processing charges will notbe refunded. Also, returned products must be in its originalpackaging which allows us to re-sell the product. We will refuse anydamaged or products that are not in good condition.
