    • Connect the transmission cooler lines, Mount the fan. Mount the cooling fan in position, Install the cooling fan mounting bolts, Reconnect the cooling fan electrical connector.

    • Slide the hose onto the connection. Install the upper and lower radiator hose. Connect the radiator reservoir hose. Close the drain petcock as needed. Then fill the radiator with coolant.

    • Bleed the air from the cooling
    • Locate your A/C condenser. Inspect the condenser for cracks that can lead to leaking.

    • Recover the refrigerant (Discharge the AC system). This will need to be done with a recovery machine. If the Freon has already leaked out you will not need to do this.

    • Remove any grilles, supports, lock braces to gain access to the condenser.

    • Remove the condenser's refrigerant lines. Remove the condenser mounting bolts. Remove the condenser.

    • Install a new condenser making sure any rubber cushions fit properly on the condenser assembly.

    • Pour a small amount of compressor oil into the line fittings. Reconnect the A/C lines. Replace all O-rings. Re-install any parts that were removed in order to gain access to the condenser.

    • Evacuate all remaining refrigerant using a specific AC machine that pulls a vacuum on the system. Hold the vacuum for 10 minutes to check for leaks.

    • Recharge the A/C system with the recommended type and amount of refrigerant. Each vehicle takes a different amount of refrigerant.

    • Test A/C system by measuring the temperature coming out of vents inside the vehicle.
