Installation Guidelines
Installation for Ford F Series 1998-2014 F150 / Super Duty 1998-2016 (6.5 ft. and 8 ft. Beds), Ford Ranger 1994-2012, Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 1999-2013: Installation takes minutes and all you will need is a Philips screwdriver.
Installation for Dodge RAM 1995-2017 (*2009+ REQUIRE RAIL CAP TRIM TO INSTALL (purchase Hidden Pocket Router Bit (#5566) and RAM Rear Pocket Saw Blade (#5567) for easy install).
Dodge RAM truck bedshave stake pockets that are hidden underneath the plastic rail cap. For the installation we developed a custom router bit #5566 and router saw #5567that enables you to quickly and easily trim out the top plastic rail to create a perfectly cut opening of the steel pocket underneath. The design of our router bit incorporates 4 roller bearings that run along the steel pocket as a guide, all without scratching or cutting the painted surface of the rail. This creates a perfect trim every time.
