Completely repaired and refurbished Aqua Hot/ Hydro Hot / Webasto burner controls.We replace 4 relays, all capacitors, with better than the original capacitors. Original capacitors were rated for 1000 to 2000 hours at 85C. We use capacitors rated 8000 hours at 105C. We then re-solder all connections, and replace any transistors or diodes that test weak. Then, we thoroughly test the unit. We have designed and built extensive computer controlled test equipment, to test these units. Our systems uses load cells, to test these units, at 20% over and under normal loads, 120 times, in a 24 hour period. We test them cooled down to 29 degrees and warmed up to 170 degrees. We do this to find intermittent problems. These refurbished units will have scratches and dents on the aluminum can, but this in no way affects their performance.
