This is only for repairs. These cameras are known to go bad after 7+ years.
Even if you buy a new camera you have to take it to the dealer to have it program to your car which is a $600-$900 service to have it programmed from the dealer, you will be end up spending at least $3400 at the dealer. With this you don't need to, just plug and play.
That means you send us your camera from your car, we repair it and send it back to you.
After receiving the camera all you have to do is install it back in the car, plug and play. No need to program it to the dealer, it will work right out the box.
The camera it's easy to take out only one T30 screw under the glass holder. Please be careful removing it as the plastick can brake if you pry too hard. 5-10 minutes to remove it and 5-10 to install.
Once you remove it please initial your camera with a black or permanent marker.
You pay for shipping it to us and we will pay for shipping it back to you.
This process might take up to 30-60 days as we are very busy and at times have to ship them overseas. If you can not wait that long please do not purchase.
We do all other Audi cameras but please ask first to make sure we do it. At this time we only do so many a month as we are very busy we also do this for some of our local Audi dealers mostly send us customers.
