All of our items that we list on undergo specific testing and are guaranteed to work unless otherwise stated in listing. If any of our items do tend to be in non working condition which does happen once in a blue moon due to the parts being recycled, we will gladly exchange it or refund your money if we don\'t have item in stock. In the very rare and unlikely event that the item listed has already been sold, got damaged or is otherwise unavailable we reserve the right to substitute a like in kind item.
Here at Premium Auto Parts we photograph each item immediately prior to the item leaving our premises or being packaged for shipping; all photographs are time and date stamped, filed and stored for reference. If the returned item is physically damaged, missing parts, tampered with or has been taken apart, the warranty is automatically void. If an item has been opened, Altered, Remanufactured, or in any way modified the warranty is void. If an item is returned missing original components or missing our company stamps and secret markings warranty will be void and no refund will be given. Premium Auto Parts Reserves the right to be the determiner of the condition of the item when sold and when returned.
Compatibility: Majority of newer car parts may require special programming in order to work with your vehicle. Please do your own research when purchasing also feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns. It is not our fault if you purchase an item and cannot install it correctly. Please follow all necessary precautions on installation prior to purchase!
We will ship items within 1 Business day upon receiving cleared payment.

- Local Pickups or in house part inspections are more then welcome but please schedule an appointment with us first!
- The shipping price is for the 48 states within the continental U.S.
- We can also do international shipping only through the Global Shipping Program (GSP).
- We do not ship to PO BOX Addresses.
