Payment
All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. Payments are processed through . We accept credit card and cash for Local Pickup orders. If payment is not received, an Unpaid Item case will be opened for the sake of seller fee reimbursement.
Shipping
OK Auto Partsships to U.S. addresses within the lower 48 states. Any and all other destinations will be shipped through International Shipping. Small packages will ship FedEx Ground only.We do not ship USPS and do not ship to P.O. Boxes.Itmes that exceed the FedEx maximum deimensions or weight will ship LTL freight on a common carrier such as R&L Carriers, AAA Cooper, South Eastern, T Force, etc. LTL freight must ship to a business / commercial address that is easly accessible by a semi-truck pulling a 53 foot trailer. This address must also have either a loading dock or a forklift for unloading. If a commercial address is not availible please contact us to to see if terminal pickup is an option. We are responsible for your purchase getting to you safely. We only ship on carriers that we have confidence in getting your purchase to you safely.
Free pick up at our facilities are available M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please message us prior to your purchase to arrange pick up. Purchases will be held for a maximum of five (5) working days. If your purchase is not picked up within five working days your money will be refunded and the item will be listed again for sale.
All items typically ship the same day or next business day.
Please allow 5-10 working days for delivery. Most areas in the U.S. are within 5 days. No expedited shipping is available.
