The new supercharger, developed by Kleemann for the Mercedes-Benz AMG SL 55, can now be found in the brand new Mercedes-Benz AMG E 55.
There is no other car which matches the description "a wolf in sheep's clothing" better than the new Kleemann E 55 K. The basis car was not exactly underpowered, but the Kleemann engineers have made a real beast out of the 4-door sedan.
With 640 b/hp pulling power, the Kleemann E 55 K achieves 0 to 62 mph in just 4.6 sec. The huge 656 lb-ft torque pushing the E-Class is never ending thrusting the car to a top speed of 205 mph at 6500 rpm.
Not only do the optical refinement look excellent, they are all first and foremost there for technical reason. The aerodynamics parts are totally redesigned for better efficiency. The down force on the front and rear axle is phenomenal and together with the Kleemann sports chassis the car sticks to the ground and gives the feeling og driving on rails. The car is well balanced and very neutral, even at highest speeds the steering fell gives the driver information as to road conditions.
What really catches the eye are the 20" Kleemann light alloy wheels, which partly hide the essential Kleemann high efficiency break system. 640 hp and nearly 2 tons of weight need to be controlled. Therefore Kleemann has developed a new high performance braking system with 3 pistons callipers and 380 mm discs. The real sound of the E 55 K doesn"t come out of the stereo, it's the stainless steel exhaust system with the unique Kleemann tail pipes, which compose the V8 symphony.
Sovereignty and comfort is no discrepancy shows the interior of the E 55 K. It is exclusively and masterfully handcrafted. Extra soft leather combined with Alcantara invites you to relax and feel at home. Additional precious woods as well as an ergonomic sports steering wheel round of the interior package.
