Starting in May of 2002 Kleemann started offering a complete tuning program for the Mercedes-Benz E-Class (W211).
The heart of this vehicle is the 5.0 liter V8 engine equipped with the patented Kleemann Kompressor System.
The forte of this system is the fact that the engine management system is left untouched. This means every authorized Mercedes-Benz dealer can service any Kleemann vehicle. Even in the event of software updates from Mercedes-Benz, the Kleemann vehicle requires no changes.
The result: 508 hp and a torque curve reminiscent of the Himalayan mountains; 498 lb-ft between 2000 and 6000 rpm. The performance derived from the Kleemann E50 K guarantees sovereignty on the road as well as driving thrills normally reserved for super-cars only.
The Kleemann E50 K blasts from standstill to 62 mph in just 4.8 sec.
With 508 hp on tap, a high performance brake system is a must. The specially developed Kleemann Brake System provides maximum safety when driving at all speeds.
Enhancing the appearance of the car, Kleemann offer special 18",19" and 20Ó light alloy wheels. These Combined with the Kleemann Speed Sensitive Sport Damper System, produce sporty yet comfortable handling characteristics. The specially designed front spoiler keeps the Kleemann E50 K stable at high speeds instilling confidence in the driver behind the wheel.
The Kleemann Sports Exhaust System, with its characteristic chrome tailpipes, amplifies and improves the musical talents of the 5.0 liter V8 engine.
For clients not satisfied with the standard Mercedes-Benz interior. Kleemann offer a bespoke handcrafted Nappa leather / Alcantara interior. This combined with a wide range of exotic wood trims and a special ergonomic Kleemann Sports Steering Wheel provide the interior with a tailor made feel.
