  Nach Ablauf der einmonatigen Testphase bekommen Sie auf Anforderung kostenlos eine Jahresgarantie inkl. Garantiezertifikat der Intec Garantiegesellschaft zugestellt,
  (einzusehen unter www.intec-garantie.de), diese Garantie kann gegen Aufpreis auf bis zu 36 Monate verlängert werden.
• Die Rechnung wird mit ausgewiesener Mehrwertsteuer auf Ihren Namen ausgestellt.
• Versand-Gebühren zahlt der Käufer, - sowie evtl. Paypal- Gebühren natürlich der Verkäufer.

• Wir weisen darauf hin und bitten um Verständnis, das es uns leider nicht möglich war das Fahrzeug auf der Fahrbahn ausgiebig zu testen und somit das Getriebe auf versteckte Mängel zu überprüfen.
  Wir geben Ihnen jedoch die Möglichkeit den Artikel zu testen und innerhalb von einem Monat bei Nichtgefallen ohne Angaben von Gründen im Lieferzustand zurück zu geben, der Kaufpreis wird erstattet.
• Beschaffungs- und Einbau- sowie Ausbaukosten werden vom Verkäufer nicht übernommen.
  Das Getriebe wird als Bastlerersatzteil verkauft.
  Vereinbarte Eigenschaft: Das gebrauchte Getriebe wurde aus einem Unfallwagen ausgebaut und konnte nicht auf versteckte Mängel überprüft werden, er kann daher Fehlfunktionen aufweisen.
