It All Worked out.
The Curt Receiver Drop Hitch works very well. I was relieved that the hole spacing aligned perfectly to my Reese Spring Bar Head even though the number of holes was not the same. The hitch was welded perfectly, it was solid steel, very strong, very heavy.

Perfect Drop Hitch For Newer Suburban
The high bumper mounted receiver hitch on Suburbans required a significant drop in order to utilize our weight distribution hitch and bars and achieve a level travel trailer. This Curt drop hitch is PERFECT! I knew it would be sturdy but was surprised to see it is solid steel! The welds and extra support brace are fantastic. My camper is now level during tow and the anti-sway bars are secure. If you have a newer Suburban this is what you need for your trailer.The high bumper mounted receiver hitch on Suburbans required a significant drop in order to utilize our weight distribution hitch and bars and achieve a level travel trailer.
