Card came damaged with a pin hole style dent in the card and whitening around the edges i know it says near mint or better but nowhere in the pictures could i see said damage and the description does it state they exist either damage could of came from shipping but seeing how well it was packed i highly doubt that to be the case.

All images clearly show no damage was present on this card. Seller admits package was well wrapped and it is apparent that seller used a ball point pen (Or similar) to remove the card from the top loader, applied too much pressure and damaged the card. Seller was extremely resist to any conflict resolution and resorted to threating negative feedback because they realized Seller was correct. This card was marked and sold as near mint and followed that description per Ebay's own policy.
