Experience has been positive - aware of long-duration international mails. I had seen a similar unit on Amazon (also located in China), and asked seller to match the Amazon price. Seller stepped up and closed the deal. Item came promptly as advertised via international post. I installed the unit a few days ago. I had some difficulty getting the final (CYAN) cartridge to lock into place. But in retrospect, this is a pristine/new item, and some parts were stiff. All good now.
