Great price/great product
Needed to replace our 18' awning on our trailer. As we only use the trailer 2-3 times a year, didn't want to invest a lot into a replacement awning. Fabric is decent quality; not sure how it would hold up to repeated use, but it'll work just fine for our needs. Little tricky to install on the roller. Having some sort of spray lubricant on hand (I used silicone) helps to work the fabric into the grooves. It's great to have our awning back!Needed to replace our 18' awning on our trailer. Need an extra hand...
Be sure to have help when installing. It is pretty easy installation but I tried it by my self and it took a while. If I had a helper it would have went fast and easy. Looks good when on and works great.

awning is great
this is just what I expected, really great awning for a reasonable price. it took myself and two others to install it on an hour and a half. watch you tube, do it the way the expert does, not the backyard easier way, and it was a snap. yes it might be a little thinner material than factory, but time will tell on durability, it is not that cheap of material. no pin holes in mine, even put the house to it, no leaks!this is just what I expected, really great awning for a reasonable price. it took myself and two others to install it on an hour and a half. watch you tube, do it the way the expert does, not the backyard easier way, and it was a snap. yes it might be a little thinner material than factory, but time will tell on durability, it is not that cheap of material. no pin holes in mine, even put the house to it, no leaks!

I was lucky to have a RV guy to put it in.
It isn't easy to install if you don't know what your doing and the instructions don't tell half of how to install it. That being said it is good canvas and came out great.

It looked good at first, after we got it up it had pin holes in it. When we went to roll it up the strap ( very thin and cheat) broke. The stitching came out where you put the hook to hold it when you are rolling it up so it does not slam up against the trailer, well when the strap breaks , guess what happens. We are not new at this, have been camping for 42 years. I left a request on the site for them to call us. They did not. There is not a phone number on the site or shipped order from Top-Shade or phone number in yellow pages. Odd.. P. S. First time I have ever felt the need to put a bad review on anything.It looked good at first, after we got it up it had pin holes in it.
