looks to be well made. was pakaged in a bag and not a box. arrived in canada without dammage. the lip has 7 holes for screws used for installation. only came with 4 screws. and it looks like there are two thick tabs that would be used for installation on the corners closest to the tires, but there are no holes drilled.
