There is supposedly a hard coded 5-year expiration date in these devices. The manufacture date is August 2023, so 90% remains upon installation. Not too bad for the price. Delivered on time.

    Propane leak detector

    It was an easy installation and almost a direct replacement for the obsolete unit in my motorhome. It was just a little bit shorter than the original unit but it covered the opening .Works great, price was right and was of current manufacture date.

    Good Replacement for older (CCI) alarm

    This alarm is the same size, and has the same connections, as the one it replaced (a CCI Controls model 7770). I haven't been back out on the road yet so can't address it's function, but seems to be well made.

    Appears good quality, worked when tested, fast shipping.

    Good fitment, however only had positive and negative wire the unit it replaced was a 3-wire unit (1 black 2- red). Fast shipping. Worked when tested with lighter.
