This original Jaeger speedometer SN 6161/06 (1440) was originally installed on late 1600 MGA models and there\'s also some documentation indicating that it was original to the MGA Twin Cam as well. Additionally it will work with other MGA models but the recorded speed may vary due to the final drive ratio within the rear axle. This gauge does come with its original retaining bracket and thumb screws. The face plate is fully legible and in great condition as is the indicator needle. The glass is clean and unscratched, as is the chrome trim ring. The input shaft to reset the odometer appears to have been cut short, but it does work as you push in and turn it for a reset. The case itself is in overall very good condition with a small section of light surface rust.
