Vinyl Decal Application Instructions1. Clean surface thoroughly with window cleaner.
2. Peel paper backing from the decal.
3. Place the decal in the desired location.
4. Rub and press over the top of decal with the edge of a flexible semi-rigid object such as a credit card.
