AA5052 Aluminum Shroud+Fan：

Our custom-made AA5052 aluminum fan shrouds are manufactured to fit our ALLOYWORKS and ASI PERFORMANCE radiators. These fan shrouds are fabricated for use with our electric cooling fans but allow for use with most low profile electric fans.

The fan and the fan shroud effectively drive the heat over and out the engine compartment rather than thrusting it into the front of the engine. The fan shroud basically houses the fan blades securing it in place and keeping it from damaging the other engine components that may disturb the smooth and even operation of the engine. With excellent operating temperature management, allowable levels of engine temperature are stabilized. Investing in proper maintenance though will considerably benefit the ride and driving quality in maintaining the ideal working conditions of the engine.

Thermostat Kit: Universal fit for any automotive vehicle and electric fan. Activates by grounding electric fans at preset temperature. 185\'F turn-on temperature, 165\'F turn-off temperature. 3/8\" NPT thread-in brass probe included. Probe typically threads into radiator, water outlet or manifold. Thermostat Relay Kit Instructions： RED + connect directly to battery. WHITE wire to ignition switch power source. BLACK goes to thermos switch.

BLUE wire goes to the Fans.

This AA5052 Aluminum Radiator is designed to provide maximum cooling efficiency to prevent premature engine failure. Its light-weight, and high-heat transferring aluminum features a tube and fin design that, dramatically increases surface area that enables the heat to dissipate more efficiently. This AA5052 Aluminum Radiator is at least 30%-45% more efficient than stock ones. Most importantly, it has a much higher capacity for coolant than stock ones, which means that your cooling system will be more efficient and will be more resistant to temperature surges in racing applications.

- Most of our orders ship within 1 business day of being placed. We ship our products primarily through UPS Ground.
- Delivery is not available to P.O. Box and the states of Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
- Most of our products ship UPS Ground or Home, but some larger items (such as rattan furniture sets) do ship UPS LTL (Freight) and can take up to 6 business days to arrive from the time the product ships. These shipments will need to be scheduled for an appointment to deliver by the local UPS facility when it arrives in your area (the appointment will need to be scheduled within three days from their first contact attempt).
