We ship 98% of all orders the same or next business day after payment received/cleared. Please understand that once orders are shipped, we cannot control the transit times thereafter. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us via messaging within 24 hours for assistance. If item arrives damaged, it is important to keep all packaging materials that item arrive in. As well please take pictures of damaged item. This is needed in order to file a claim with shipping carrier.
