GMC Denali It is very common for these trucks when the instrument cluster is working improperly, e.g. pointers are jamming, or showing incorrect readings (e.g. speedometer stuck at 120mph, or oil pressure is always max, etc) or dead at all.
With this repair service you will get the following:
- Non-working stepper motors will be replaced with latest generation OEM Switec/Juken X27.168 motors (Max of 3 for the economy repair service)
- Non-working bulbs will be replaced with OEM replacement bulbs (max of 4 bulbs with this economy service)
- All the gauges will be re-calibrated to the factory specs- PRND321 display will be fixed (in case it is dim or completely out).
- Drivers information panel display will be repaired
- All silver migration will be removed from the PCB
- All resistors on the board will be soldered.Some FAQ:1) Can I drive the vehicle without the cluster? - Yes, your vehicle is fully operational (driveable) without the cluster, just make sure you have a gas in your tank :)2) What is the turn around time? - It depends on shipping mostly. In the worst case scenario we ship the cluster on the next business day, in the best case scenario on the same business day after the cluster is received from the customer.3) How to get the cluster out? - Please search for GM cluster removal on Youtube and you\'ll find plenty of videos. (It is extremely easy, one piece of plastic and 4 small screws)
4) Do I need to reprogram the cluster once I will get it back? - No, all the information stored in the cluster remains intact.5) What is the warranty? - We provide a full lifetime warranty on our work. This covers the stepper motors and both displays.6) How do I go about purchasing the service? - The procedure is the following:

We will keep your stock needles/overlay unless you specify in the note that you want them back.If your cluster has damage from a previous repair attempt, we can still repair it, but there may be additional charges. This includes broken trip reset buttons, which we also carry in stock.

In the RARE event of a Warranty claim, you will be responsible for shipping both ways.
