- After you make your payment we will ship you the chrome PARTS within 1 to 5 business days. You will have 4 WEEKS from our ship date to return your PARTS in good condition, NOT PREVIOUSLY CHROMED, to get your core refunded. Additional time may be GRANTED WITH OUR APPROVAL IN ADVANCE.
- Ship back your PARTS in good condition. Customers doing the EXCHANGE please repackage the parts the same way our parts were packaged, using the same boxes and all packaging materials, this will help prevent them getting damaged on the way back to us.
- After parts have been received and inspected and found in good condition the core deposit will be refunded within 5-7 business days

We will keep in touch with you
throughout the sales transaction. If you
have any questions, please contact us via message. We will respond during business hours within
24 hours. If you do not receive the item
in the scheduled time, or if you are not satisfied with what you have received,
please contact us for a resolution.
What
is a Core? - A Core is your old part that
can be rebuilt or remanufactured. This
core must be in good condition with no damage and cannot have been previously
chromed. In
order to do an “Exchange”, you need to have the exact part (not in any
way modified). The exchange is for the same exact item, but sometimes we will
take near-like items in trade. We will
not take in trade any laced or spoke wheels.
How
does the Core Deposit work: - We will contact you, the
Buyer, and provide you with an invoice for you to pay for the “Core Deposit.” You will need to pay for the purchased item plus a
security deposit for the core. You will be responsible for the cost to ship
your core back to us. If something is not clear, please contact us and we will help
you to understand it better.
How does the Core Deposit refund
process work? - After you make your payment for your purchase, and for the core
security deposit, we will ship your purchase within three to four (3-4)
business days. After you receive your purchased item(s), you can have them
installed on your motorcycle. You will have 30 days from our ship date to
return your stock core item(s) to us in good condition. Additional time may be
granted with our approval. When your core
(the old part that you are replacing) is received back by us in good condition, we will return your core deposit by the same method with which it
was paid, usually within four to
five (4-5) business days. We will send you a message to let you know
that the refund has been issued.
Why
send back your Core? - You will want to return your core
back to us in order to receive your “Core Deposit” back. It helps keep parts available that are no
longer manufactured and it reduces trash going into landfills. Package your parts
the same way our parts were packaged using the same boxes and packing materials
and ship them back to us. More detail instructions will come with
your paper work. Make sure you take a moment to read them completely. The cost
for return shipping is your responsibility.
If your core is not returned to us within eight (8) weeks, we will
assume that you desire to keep your core.
If this is done, we will retain the “core deposit” as part of the sale.
If you are not in a rush and want to send
us your core prior to the shipment of the purchased item, you can do so and
this will eliminate the need for a core deposit. In order to do this, you must:
1. Contact
us through messaging prior to you placing your order.
2.
We will coordinate with you for the delivery of
your core to us and your purchase of the part from us.
3.
Once we receive the core from you in good
condition, we will process your purchase.
Part numbers provided
for fitment are believed to be correct to the best of our knowledge.

All items are:
1. Inspected to assure it is not damaged. Any damage is repaired.
2. Stripped of any paint and primer.
3. Polished to eliminate any visual flaws.
4. POWDER COATING
5. Inspected to determine suitability for sale.
All parts
shipped to you are in excellent condition.
These parts carry a full
1-year warranty against any defects in the materials or workmanship, but not
against negligence. If you take care of these chrome items, they will last you
a lifetime.
Please look at all of the
photos. If you do not see it in the
photos, then it is not included in the sale.

SHIPPING
The shipping
cost identified applies for shipment to the lower 48
United States only. Shipment costs to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, APO’s,
Puerto Rico, or any international location, will be priced separately. Please contact us for shipping information.
Most items will
- ship within three to four (3-4) business days after payment is
- received. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Expedited shipping
- is available but must be arranged with seller prior to shipment.
Shipping method
- will either be USPS, UPS Ground, or FedEx.
Please confirm
- your address in prior to making your purchase. For the
- protection of buyers and sellers we cannot make any changes after
- purchase.

TRACKING NUMBERS
· Tracking
numbers for your shipment will be provided through at the time of
shipping.
6. DAMAGES AND RETURNS
· Our goal
is to ensure your complete satisfaction.
· Before you
unwrap your parts double check that what you ordered will fit. Once you unwrap the item, look it over before
trying to install it. If you see any
problems, contact us immediately. We
want every customer to be 100% satisfied with their purchase.

For Returns, you must
list the Reason. If you overlook something or do not read the description no
shipping costs will be refunded.

When an item is listed
with a part number there will be no refunds on those items. If there is no part number given in the
descriptions, we offer a 15-day money back policy. No refunds are given for any
parts until the item is returned back in the same condition you received it.
Damaged
Shipments:
· Do not
accept delivery from the carrier if the box has been damaged. If you can, snap
a picture of the damage and notify us ASAP.
We may be able to replace the order right away.
· If you find
shipping damage while opening your package, be sure to keep all packing
material and the shipping box so we can open a claim for you. Notify us right
away so we can start the claim process.
Missing Items or
Wrong Item Received:
· If any
items are missing in the shipment, or if you believe you have received the
wrong item, please keep the shipping box and packing material for all shipped
parts and contact us right away.
· If anything was described
incorrectly, this must be brought to our attention within seven (7) working days
of receipt.
