The GroundHog MAX ATV disc plow is all new and improved. Unlike the original smooth disc design, the MAX is 30% more aggressive. The plow is mounted under the ATV’s rear-end, and uses the weight of the ATV and the operator to achieve direct down pressure. The MAX is made of 1/4\" steal, weighs 48 pounds and comes fully assembled.
Transport Mode Makes Traveling Easy:
Put it in the bed, or strap it to a rack - makes traveling easy. No hunter will ever need help preparing his food plot again. When using the GroundHog MAX, it truly is a one-man job. Avoid the hassle of having to drag a heavy, hard to handle, pull behind plow to your food plot location. By having a “transport mode” the plow can go anywhere your ATV can go, from soggy bottomlands to rocky hillsides. Once you arrive to your location, simply back the ATV up on a 4\" x 4\" block that spans the 2 rear tires, take one tractor pin out, and flip the plow over to the plowing position. Once you have the plow in the correct position you can begin working on creating the perfect food plot.
Even Works In Reverse!:
You can back up with the plow engage. Remember that the GroundHog MAX lets you use reverse as well and will plow 3-7 MPH, which is twice as fast as a normal pull behind plow. The GroundHog MAX plow is half as wide as an average plow so it can be easily stored in your truck toolbox, under a work bench in your shop, or you can hang it on the wall.

How it works:
Downward Pressure Is The Key.
The Groundhog Max works by using the weight of the ATV and the driver. This achieves direct down pressure on the plow. The plow is setup of an inner 10-9-8 inch notched disc with high speed bearings. This allows you to cut hard ground, grass, and ground clutter with ease.
Easy In, Easy Out:
Once you arrive to your location, simply back the ATV up on a 4\" x 4\" block that spans the 2 rear tires, take one tractor pin out, and flip the plow over to the plowing position. Let the disc assembly down to the ground and then pull it up 2 holes and pin to start (holes are in 1 -inch increments. Start here and you can adjust as necessary. You will find the “best hole” and normally this is the hole selection you would go to this hole each time you plow. Once you have the plow in the correct position you can begin working on creating the perfect food plot.
Work With Almost All ATVs & UTVs:
Included with your GroundHog Max is a hitch upgrade kit. Also, with the kit comes an extendable receiver tube to help strengthen the existing utility hole. This allows you to use the existing utility hole/hitch. This kit works with approximately 90% of the ATVs/UTVs on the market today. The other 10% may require an aftermarket forward braced 2 inch receiver hitch.
The GroundHog Max works on both independent or straight axle setups. It also works on two wheel drive models, but may not be as aggressive. Depending on the ground clearance you need you can adjust the plow in 1 inch increments.
Fits: Universal for models with an existing utility hole/hitch or small receiver tube. The two receiver tubes in this hitch kit are 1 ½” tubes that fit one side of the T-Head on the plow. The other side of our T-Head will fit any 2-inch receiver.
