Regarding expedited shipping (UPS) :
If you pay full listing price i will try my best to give you a -at least partial - free expedited shipping upgrade but that is not a given.
It depends on country of destination, diameter and weight of the wheels.
Takes about 5-6 business days to be delivered.
Regarding economy shipping (Japan Post):
As announced months prior on June 1st Japan Post has raised its postage on all destinations for economy shipping.
For the USA it is about a 20% hike that i will not fully replicate on final price. I will shoulder half the cost and only increase postage by 10% from 400 to 440 usd.

Economy shipping takes a long time, if you don't provide it I won't reply to messages asking me "where are my wheels" I don't work for Japan Post so I don't know more than the tracking updates they send.
Please don't make offers if you can't deal with the fact that tracking wont be updated for the duration of the transport.
A ship takes about 60 days to cross from Kawasaki Port in Tokyo Bay to Newark Port USA.
