Then weclean and tumble polish the castings back toa like new finish,
then re-assemble the unit with a Edelbrock rebuilding kit.
Then the completed the unit is live engine tested and then shipped to your door.

technicians usingamaster rebuilding kit.
All other components are cleaned, tested or rebuilt tomeet O.E.M Specifications.
The base plates are re-bushed to remove excess wearfrom around
the throttle shaft to stop certain vacuum leaks.
All bolts andlinkage parts are plated,as well as casings are tumbled
to chrome like finishor Dichromate finished.
We have recalibrated thecarburetors for today's gas and remove the inherent problems
like hesitations,flat-spots and hard hot starting.
Every carburetor is flow bench or engine tested.
The carburetors are set and adjusted, so all you need to do is bolt it on and go.
