At Steve White Motors, we choose the best shipping method for your order (via Federal Express or United States Postal Services – and occasionally with UPS). Simply supply us with your full \"physical\" address.
Orders will be sent out within 1-4 business days and may take up to 4-12 business days in transit. The \"shipping\" fee quoted in this sale is for the Contiguous (Lower) 48 States (excluded are Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico). Tracking information will be sent to your email address. NOTE: Due to some email addresses, the tracking information may appear in the Spam mailbox. Please be sure to check your spam mailbox.
- Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico Orders: If you are a resident of Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, you are not in the Contiguous 48 states. We only ship with Fed Ex or UPS to these states. The carriers require additional shipping in order to deliver to your location. A \"physical\" street address is required! Please note: P.O. Box addresses will not be accepted – no exceptions! If we do not hear from you, our shipping department will send you an invoice and email to notify you of the additional funds.
- Canada Orders: We ship orders to Canada via UPS because of the GST taxes and duties. UPS will usually charge additional fees to your package as a brokerage fee. These fees are out of our control. Please make sure you are willing to pay these fees before placing an order with us.
- International Orders: Please be aware of your country’s customs fees, duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees. Also, check with your local government/customs agent to see if any of these fees apply. These fees are not included in your order. It is your responsibility to pay any fees that your government may require.
Warranties: The Mopar Basic Limited Parts Warranty coverage has been extended to 24 months/unlimited miles, against defects in workmanship or materials, for dealer installed and wholesale/over the counter sales. In addition, Mopar parts sold wholesale to an automotive service facility and installed by a professional technician are eligible for a labor reimbursement up to $150.00. Mopar parts with Limited Lifetime Warranty sold wholesale to an automotive service facility and installed by a professional technician are eligible for the labor reimbursement for 24 months/unlimited miles. The labor reimbursement is based on the Chrysler Group warranty labor operation time at the installer\'s posted door rate or the dealer\'s warranty labor rate, whichever is less. Simply retain a copy of the installer\'s repair order for documentation. Mopar parts sold over the counter to the vehicle owner for do-it-yourself installation are warranted against defects in workmanship or materials for 24 months/unlimited miles for parts exchange only. The same verbiage from the previous warranty statement will apply to the extended coverage. FIAT, Magneti Marelli, and Alfa Romeo parts are included in this expansion. Any Mopar part with existing superior coverage (i.e. Powertrain, Value Line, Sheet Metal, Batteries, etc.), as well as Cummins parts will remain unchanged. IMPORTANT! Warranties are only valid in the U.S.A.
Returns: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your part(s); (i.e., quality, fit, incorrect item, etc.), you can return the part(s) within 10 days of receipt. Simply fill out the Steve White Motors \"RMA / Return Authorization Form\" which will be included with your order and ship the part(s) back to us. The returned part(s) may be subjected to a 20% restocking fee. SWM does not issue credit on original shipping fees. Electrical parts are non-returnable/non-refundable. All parts must be returned in original packaging and in a resalable condition.
Damaged Package/Part(s) In Transit: The Carrier is responsible for any and all items damaged during shipping. If your package/part has been damaged, you will need to fill out a \"claim report form\" from that Carrier in order to be reimbursed. Do not return the package/part to Steve White Motors. We are not responsible for any shipping damages.
