You send your Damaged FRM3 module ,we fix it and ship it back in the samebusinessday if is received before 3 PM . Any late delivery by mailman is not our responsibility.

Please write your username, name used for the order shipping and last 7 digits from the CAR VIN on a note and stick it on the back of MODULE COVER!!
Please be sure your module is FRM3 (you should be able to see on front cover the word FRM3 or FRM3R)
We recommend shipping using USPS express / priority mail and ship it in a padded envelope for a cost-effective fast shipping method.

NOTE: Sometimes an issue with short circuit in your car can damage your newly serviced module. We recommend you fix the issue before you install the newly serviced FRM3 module. However, if you still install the module without correcting the issue than your module is still covered in our warranty policy.
FRM, Footwell Module Controls the Following Functions:

FRM can fail due to Jumpstarting the car or because of coding/programming, or just by even reading error codes.FRM3 has three connectors and is located on the left side of pedals, behind plastic cover.
FRMhas three connectors:
Two 51-pin connectors connect the main wiring harness and another 26-pin connector to the dashboard.
Symptoms of failed Footwell Module:
· Indicator lights do not work
· Light switches do not work
· Parking lights are constantly on
· Windows will not go up or down
