Explanation of Installation Types
There are two basic types of Billet Grille installation: Bolton/Overlay or Replacement
* With a Bolton/Overlay billet grille, hidden mounting hardware (included) are used to attach the new grille on top of your factory-installed grille. This is the easiest and fastest installation method.
* With a Replacement billet grille, as the name implies, the factory-installed grille is completely removed and replaced by this new grille. it takes more time and tools to install, but you get a cleaner and more integrated look.
Note
Cuttings and/or drillings might be required if mentioned in installation type. You may install the grille with the help of the installation instruction. Professional Installation is recommended. Our grill insert will only fit for the model with factory original grille. It may not be compatible with other aftermarket grille.
There will be 9.5% Sales Tax on the total sales price with shipping cost for California Buyers.
We only ship to Paypal confirmed address as this is recommended for both buyer and seller protection.
Most of the orders will be shipped out within 1 business day after payment is cleared.(Except weekend or holiday)
A Tracking Number will be mailed to you as soon as item(s) is shipped.
We do not ship to other international countries except Canada.
For Canada Buyers,we ship most items to Canada by DHL.But for some large items,we will use USPS as the shipping method,which will be determined by us.Please understand the issue.And we're NOT responsible for any Brokerage fee or Custom Duty fee!
For AK,HI,PR,VI,GU and other US territories buyers (Physical Address),we will send the package(s) to these areas via Fedex SmartPost.Since we ship the item to these areas for free,the shipping service we choose is the economic one.So it might take a little bit longer for the package to arrive.Please make sure you could accept it.
For some outlying and rural areas within US 48 continental states where UPS Ground can't reach to,we will automatically change the shipping method to Fedex SmartPost or other available shipping service.Please kindly understand the issue.
P.O.Box,APO,FPO buyers attention:
We will ship the order to such addresses by USPS.Due to some system reasons,we can't set a specific shipping method for P.O. 1.If we send you the wrong item or the item is damaged the time you receive it, we will cover all the costs associated with return or exchange. But it is required that you provide us with sufficient pictures to show the problem first. All the return/exchange items must be in original package.
2.If the return is due to buyer's wrong purchase or remorse (e.g. do not like or not what you expected),buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee and we will offer refund of the item price only (shipping and handling fee is not refundable),a 20% restocking fee will be charged for free shipping item. All the return items must be in original saleable condition. Buyer should ensure that the product has never been used or tried. Any item in poor condition will not be credited.We will not issue the refund if buyer returns the item without our permission.
