Fork clamps machined from 7075 T-6 billet aluminum and anodized black for a factory look, and feature lazer-etched positioning marks in the upper surface every 5mm
Handlebar tubes machined from 7010 aluminum and hard anodized for increased wear resistance from controls
Removable nylon bar end inserts for protection of the grips
CNC machined Clip-On Handlebars are an economical replacement handlebar with amazing strength. They are machined from solid billet with a removable handlebar. In the event of a crash, you simply replace the handlebar tube instead of the entire Clip-on. Handlebars sit at a 7 degree angle giving racers and street riders the ultimate handlebar position. Lightweight, great looks, improved strength, adjustability and easy installation.
Stainless steel fasteners and Delrin plastic ends add the finishing touches.
Note: Clip-on handlebars are primarily designed for race use and may not fit to a standard bike without other modifications.

Installation Note
1. These clip ons are not OEM replacement parts. clip ons are for race use only.
2. Remove old clip ons and clean mounting areas free of grime, dirt, etc.
3. Install both collars and snug screws.
4. Install handlebar tubes and adjust both bodies to desired angle. Ensure that bars are in a position that will not interfere with turning.
5. Tighten bodies to fork legs.
6. Adjust handlebar tubes to desired length and tighten.
7. Turn steering from lock to lock and be sure there are no obstructions when doing so.
8. You may need to drill small hole(s) in the throttle and/or clutch side handlebar tube(s) for the control switch housing.
9. Install controls and check again to make sure there are no obstructions when turning from lock to lock.
