The Hankook Ventus S1 Evo3 SUV is a high performance, summer tire manufactured for SUVs.

The tire promotes great summer weather traction. The tire combines the asymmetric tread design with the summer compound to ensure a firm road gripping capability in dry and wet weather. The compound keeps its flexible traction in the heat of summer by preventing heat build-up along the tread area, while the tread elements with the siping detail heighten the number of biting edges gripping the road surface. The tread design's circumferential grooves help prevent hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush from below the footprint. This ensures the tire's excellent performing capability and safety in summer weather.

The model guarantees excellent high speed controllability. The asymmetric tread maintains the road surface contact at all times thanks to the three center ribs. These ribs closely follow the road surface and upgrade the steering responsiveness and driving stability. In this manner, the steering becomes faster and more precise in its response to the driver's commands, while the structure is stabilized against the driving pressure affecting the model. The asymmetric tread and the tire's stronger internal construction work together to ensure a secure high speed performance. This enhances the tire's traction during cornering and guarantees a stronger maneuvering power. The asymmetric tread design's siping detail, on the other hand, helps decrease the braking distance. These sipes create friction between the tire and the road surface to upgrade the braking ability and significantly reduce the braking distance during the tire's high speed performance.
