Shipping & Return Policy
- All Orders over $50 Signature required is applied automatically please reach out to us after ordering to request order not to be shipped signature required.
- LTL, freight shipments commercial address is mandatory, (business with dock or forklift needed) restaurants, office buildings, hotels will not be accepted.
- Residential deliveries have an extra charge required by LTL to cover liftgate usage and city ordinance. Be advised not all LTL freight companies offer lift gate services in every town especially in rural areas.
- A commercial address is required for all Battery Packs, Seats, Doors, Trunks, Hoods and other large body parts.
- If you do not have a commercial address or a proper residential address reach out to us to work things out LTL items can always be held at your local hub and made available for pickup.
- Free local pickup is Available Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm only.
