PACKAGING:
- We are very careful packaging our items.
- We use mostly new or like new boxes.- We only ship items from Monday through Friday.
INSURANCE:
- Full insurance is included in the shipping cost.
- PLEASE contact us first if happens to receive any damaged part so we can take care of the issue.
SHIPPING:
- Most of our items are packed the same day if it is purchased before 2pm PDT.- BEWARE that we will request signature on purchases bigger than $600.- By agreement / rules we can not modify the name or address of the buyer. (Make sure to have the right address before buying)- We only ship INSIDE the US, may be an exception for Canada (extra cost) depending on the item.
