CONDITION
Please note that we work with used auto parts that may have some wear and tear due to normal use, scratches, surface imperfections, scuffs, dust, dirt/oxidized surface/some rust on the back/oil residue.
ELECTRONIC PARTS
All electric parts have been tested and are in working condition. If part doesn’t work for some reason or damaged CONTACT US FIRST before open the return case. We will find the way to replace it or make a refund.
SHIPPING
There is 3-day handling on all our orders! We ship Monday-Friday. Weekends most shipping carriers are closed. So please be advised the handling day will not go into effect until the next business day. Same with orders placed after 1pm EST - the next business day applies.
RETURNS & POLICIES
We accept returns for any reason as long as the item is shipped back in the same condition as purchased. Just send us a message and give a heads up you are shipping it back. We will refund your money within 24 hours of receiving the item back. Return requests through for "DOES NOT FIT" and "NO NEED" will be accepted no questions asked.
All of our electronic parts have special UV markings inside and out. These markings cannot be seen, and do not affect how the part functions or installs. This is for our protection, as well as yours. If a return is made, and our UV markings are not on the returned part, or you attempt to return a part that was not purchased from us, a refund will not be given. And you will be reported. We strive to make sure all our customers receive the best quality OEM parts, and service.
