After you purchase such an item, you have to immediately provide us with your full name, phone number and the closest Greyhound bus station near you, where you will be willing to travel and pick up your item, or a business address with loading dock or forklift for freight deliveries.

Return Policy:

• All returns must be made and will be accepted within 14 daysof item being received by customer, and only if the item isnon-functional or if it differs substantially from the description!
• Pleaseask questionsprior to offerding and verify the fit in your application with your local dealer or an independentsource!
• Customers are fully responsible for the shipping cost of the return. Shipping and handling fees arenon refundable!Most of our products are offered with free shipping, meaning shipping has been included in the price to provide you with the total cost of the order.
