Returns
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return auto parts that:
- Are in their original packaging
- Have not been used, installed or disassembled
- Are not damaged due to improper installation
- Do not have missing parts, hardware or instructions
We will issue a full refund for any returned auto parts when your return meets the above requirements, less our 15% restocking fee. The cost of shipping (if any) will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error or involves a defective auto part. All other situations require the customer to pay the cost of return shipping and a 15% restocking fee from the refund.

Warranty
Prime Choice Auto Parts hereby warrants to the purchaser that all auto parts we sell are serviceable and functional. If an auto part is found to be defective within 6 months from the date of purchase Prime Choice Auto Parts shall, at its discretion, provide either a replacement auto part or a refund. Auto parts which are returned for a reason other than warranty are subject to a 15% restocking charge. All returned auto parts must be acompanied by a sales receipt. No reimbursements will be given for delay, labor, mileage, or any other costs involved in installation or re-installation of the auto parts in question. Warranty and shipping related claims may require authentication. Do not dispose of parts until instructed.
Payment Information
Payments must be received within 7 days from the date of purchase.
The customer assumes all obligations with respect to sales tax of any type applicable to the purchase of the product, and indemnifies the vendor with respect to such obligations.
