This product carries a 30 day replacement warranty, The warranty does not protect against abuse, misuse, or negligence of the operator and or installation. We will then provide a return authorization number and prepaid return shipping label. All returns must include a return authorization number. Returns that do not include a return authorization will not be accepted. Upon return of a defective item, a replacement will be shipped at no charge. A defective item can only be exchanged for the same item. No refunds will be given on a defective return.
