First, Up for your consideration is thisMotor\'s 1965 Auto Repair Manual, 28th edition (copyright 1965). This great manual is a must have for the auto collector and restorer. It covers all American made cars from 1956 to 1965 and is in Excellent ++ form, pages in Near MINT shape. Even has foreign car data!
As you see from the pictures, it details all the parts for the complete automobile. For instance, it has the General Service Sections covering:
A/C, Brakes, Crankcase Vent., Dash Gauges, Distributors, Fuel Pumps, Alt/Generators, Regulators, Ignitions, Differentials, Overdrives, Rear Axles, Starter Motors and Switches, Steering, Troubleshooting, Tune Ups, U-Joints, and a SUPER Transmission section!

All kinds of transmissions, adjustments specs for all carb models, etc. Each chapter applies to all manufacturers, except the engine section, which details each maker separately!
