- Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico Orders: If youare a resident of Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, you are not in the Contiguous48 states. We only ship with Fed Ex or UPS to these states. Warranties: Daimler Chrysler stands behind their partsfor 12-months/12,000 miles. Engines and transmissions may have up to a3-year/100,000 miles warranty. Warranty exchanges can be made at any Chrysleror Dodge Dealership in America with Proof-of-Purchase. These warranties do notcover parts that may be defective due to another part. Nor does the warrantycover modifications, tampering or abuse of any sort. IMPORTANT! Warranties areonly valid in the U.S.A.
Returns: If for any reason you are not satisfied withyour part(s); (i.e., quality, fit, incorrect item, etc.), you can return thepart(s) within 10 days of receipt. Simply fill out the Steve White Motors “RMA/ Return Authorization Form” which will be included with your order and shipthe part(s) back to us. The returned part(s) may be subjected to a 20%restocking fee. SWM does not issue credit on original shipping fees. Electricalparts are non-returnable/non-refundable. All parts must be returned in originalpackaging and in a resalable condition.
Damaged Package/Part(s) In Transit: TheCarrier is responsible for any and all items damaged during shipping. If yourpackage/part has been damaged, you will need to fill out a “claim report form”from that Carrier in order to be reimbursed. Do not return the package/part toSteve White Motors. We are not responsible for any shipping damages.
