DETAILS-
The New CHRA we offer here should first be mounted onto your Compressor Housing (Cold Side), then inserted into your Exhaust Manifold (Hot Side). Installing the CHRA into the compressor cover is a very delicateprocedure that requires specialty tools to complete. If not done properly compressor fin damage can occur. If you feel uncomfortable doing this yourself please send us your compressor cover and we will complete the installation for you (See Photo#1). At the same time we will clean, inspect and test your Blow-Off-Valve to make sure it is also operating as the manufacturer intended. If you are limited on time we can install your new CHRA in one of our compressor cover cores and ship the same day of your order. For this option and there would be arefundable $150. core fee required until we receive your original compressor cover back. Another Free Service we provide is cleaning, inspecting and testing your exhaust manifold. Your Turbofold will be shipped to you completely assembled and ready to install on your engine (See Photo#2). There is NEVER a charge for completing any of the pre-assembly services noted above. We will send an email to your Pay Pal and address with the user's guide reviewing these service options. In order to serve our customers better, the PTCruiserTurbos Technical Team assembled an Installation and User's Guide specifically for the Chrysler PT Cruiser and Neon SRT-4 Turbochargers. With over 30 photographs the Guides provide vital information on the proper method of installation as well as techniques that are critical to the life of your unique turbo. The detailed pictures and instructions are depicted in a simplistic manner to help even our novice customers every step of the way. Our Guides are provided FREE with your order. Should you have any questions during the install process we are always available to provide Technical Support over the phone or via email.
TD04LR TECHNICAL INFO-
The unique Chrysler Turbofolds used on the Neon SRT-4 and PT Cruisers are half turbocharger and half exhaust manifold. While most standard turbochargers utilize a turbine housing to direct the hot gases around the turbine wheel, Chrysler's latest design is contoured to accept the turbine wheel and cartridge assembly directly into the exhaust manifold. The two components are then joined together via a single clamp to complete the Turbofold assembly. The Turbo Oil Supply Line ($40) should always be replaced with a new one to avoid a repeatturbo failure. We can easily add this line to your order to avoid additional shipping charges. Chris guided me through every step, supplied me with a new turbo (mine was un-repairable). He spent hours on the phone with me answering my questions and explaining why my turbo failed (clogged oil line) and telling me exactly what I had to do to install the new one and how to prime the oil feed line. The car now runs great, the turbo is quiet and seems to have more power than before the turbo failed. If you have any problems with your PT turbo, this is the guy to call.Again, thanks a million Chris, you're a life saver.Al DePetrillo

When I lost one of the fittings on the oil tube and did not have a way to find the part number Chris called my local dealership IN FLORIDA and got it for me.
These guys know what they are doing and will go the extra mile to make sure everything goes without a problem.
You can call them with questions and they will take the time to give you the answer. If they do not know the answer they will find out.
